  From 1stWebDesigner.com. These are resources that every designer should have, cause you may not always have Photoshop on hand. I've been a fan of Pixlr for a while, but I'm definitely going to give the other editors a shot.

  From SixRevisions. Especially notable for the inclusion of drop shadows and column counts. You can create multiple columns with older CSS (as you can see in my sidebar), but this is a great new way.

While away from my own computer the other day (and, therefore, away from Photoshop), I was looking for an online photo editor. Most of what I came across wasn’t worth it. I couldn’t copy or paste bits and pieces of my photo.

Enter Pixlr.

It’s a Flash-based photo editor that works almost like Photoshop. Of course you don’t get the power and all the features of Photoshop, but for someone who can’t afford it or doesn’t need it on a daily basis, Pixlr is a really cool little editor. I was able to do the quick edits I needed without waiting for hours until I got home.
